Shipping information for Reta40 research-use-only product orders, including dispatch timing, tracking, delivery estimates, and support for delivery issues.
Dispatch timing
Orders are prepared after successful Stripe payment confirmation and order review. UK orders received before the working-day dispatch cut-off are usually prepared promptly, subject to stock, fulfilment capacity, and courier collection times.
Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are usually processed on the next working day.

Tracking
Tracking is provided where available. If you need help with an order, use the order status page or contact support with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows a problem, or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can review the shipment details.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or faulty on arrival, contact support as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description, and photos where relevant.
Returns and cancellations
Due to the nature of research-use-only products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind once an item has been delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
