Returns, refunds, and cancellations
This page explains our returns, refunds, cancellation, damaged item, and delivery issue policy for research-use-only products supplied by Reta40.
Returns after delivery
Due to the nature of research-use-only products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an item has been delivered.
This includes unwanted items, ordering mistakes, or products that are no longer required after delivery. Products must not be returned to us without first contacting our support team and receiving written return instructions.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty-on-arrival items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or faulty on arrival, please contact support as soon as possible. Include your order number, the email address used on the order, a clear description of the issue, and photos where relevant.
We may request photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, product label, and affected item before we can review the issue.
Cancellations before dispatch
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Where an order has not yet been dispatched or processed for fulfilment, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been dispatched or handed to the delivery provider, we may be unable to cancel it before delivery.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows an issue with delivery, or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can review the shipment details.
Where a courier confirms an item has been lost in transit, we will review the case and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
